Dallas Arts District Fall Block Party (September 18)
The Dallas Arts District is closing the roads for their biggest Fall Block Party yet, with the Crow Collection of Asian Art, Dallas Museum of Art, and Nasher Sculpture Center. Experience all three museums by participating in special activities like live concerts, guided tours, local brews, movies and much more. Fall Block Party is free and lasts until midnight.
Food Truck Palooza (September 20)
Come Join the fun and food with DFW’s Gourmet Food Trucks! $5 admission (Kids 3 and under Free). Enjoy Live Music, Kids Zone with face painting, free photo booth, inflatables, wine and beer, gourmet food, a huge raffle and more.
Plano Balloon Festival (September 18-20)
The Plano Balloon Festival is always held the 3rd weekend in September, with 100,000 folks out to view the balloons and festivities. Bring your lawn chairs and stay as long as you like.
Addison Oktoberfest (September 18-20)
For over 25 years, the most authentic Oktoberfest celebration outside of Munich has been held in Addison, Texas. This year, over 70,000 fans will come together to share a love of polka, German food and, of course, the same Paulaner Bier that will be served at Bavaria’s favorite festival.
Grapevine GrapeFest (September 18-20)
Unique wines, fantastic finds, live entertainment and family-friendly fun will highlight the 29th Annual GrapeFest. In addition to sampling Texas wines from across the state, festival guests will have the opportunity to sample premium Oregon wines, many of which are not routinely available in Texas and high-end premium Argentina wines.
